permission / audit / fact / ai-gateway：各自 `src/health.ts` 探 DATABASE_URL_\u003cACCESSOR\u003e，开关清单按\n  端口 / HTTP 面 / 作业里会开库的开关钉住（PERSISTENCE、AUDIT_HTTP、FACT_INTAKE / FACT_READ、AI_ROUTE），\n  与 identity / public-file / notification-webhook 同为七个探自己库的 authority 模块。\n- 装配点 GET /api/platform/modules/:id/health：未定义 health() 回 status=unknown（不冒充 ok）；定义了但\n  本装配无外部依赖回 ok + 空 checks（同样不是健康证据）；任一 down → degraded。\n- 工作台：status=unknown 落「已装载·无自检」；运行信息页区分「未定义探针」与「探针已定义但无依赖」。\n- MCP 网关放行 unknown，tool-contracts.json 随 gateway.ts 摘要重生成（契约摘要不变）。\n- runbook 探活口径同步。\n\n验证（本地工作区，2026-09-21）：kit 18 例、四模块 health 各 5–7 例、装配点无库单测 4 例、MCP 25 例通过；\nkit / 四模块 / api-nestjs / mcp typecheck 通过，workbench typecheck + lint 通过；临时 PG/Redis 上\nplatform.http.acceptance 4 例通过（permission 有探针无依赖 → ok+空，credential 无探针 →
