tsconfig 是 composite（增量），tsbuildinfo 还在而 dist\n已被删时，`tsc -p` 会认为「一切最新」而**不产出任何文件**——构建退出码 0、dist 依旧为空。\n故重建前先清 tsbuildinfo，并在构建后断言 dist/index.js 真的存在，否则显式报错。\n\n负向验证：`rm -rf packages/contracts/dist packages/contracts/tsconfig.tsbuildinfo`\n后直接跑 check:conformance:differential → 自动重建并通过\n（7 checkpoints × 2 backends，0 differences）。\n\n本地：pnpm check exit 0；pnpm check:runtime exit
