登记摘要、测试锁、测试包与 SDK（引擎副本带 engine 段、README 写明 ctx）同步。\n- 文档：域包记录 §16 与 §2.1、§14 更正；当前状态、实施治理、docs README、服务 README、\n SDK 版本与接入边界。\n\n新任务隔离库：服务单测 312 项 297 通过、15 项条件跳过、0 失败（含全链、D16、HTTP、统一运行时、\n装载器验收、SDK
