ID 替换；锁文件不能声明该范围。\n- 发布作业加一步：装服务依赖、跑装载器与 SDK 无库测试、就地构建引擎副本。\n- 文档：域包记录 §15 与 §14 更正；SDK 版本与接入边界加「域包 SDK」；当前状态、服务 README；\n 列车现为 19 包（CLAUDE.md、clients README、MS-1 操作说明、对外交付设计）。\n\n新任务隔离库：服务单测 312 项
