EES 写。3238e029 按 D16 合入时尚无此条，本提交落下 D17 落地动作 ①：\n- 每类带写点（writePoint）：EES / HR / THING_CLOUD / INVENTORY / KNOWLEDGE_CLOUD /\n DIGITAL_INTELLIGENCE_LAYER；人、物、知里只有 CapabilityState、CapabilityProfile 与占用\n （Resource、ResourceReservation、ResourceAllocation、ResourceUsage、DeviceImpact）在 EES 写；\n KnowledgeBinding 留 EES 仅为建议，裁定前只读。checkEntityCatalog() 增三条一致性检查。\n- 统一实体运行时只承接写点为 EES 的命令：216 → 161（内核 149 → 102，域包 67 → 59）；54 类照常可读，\n 视图与类型列表带 writePoint。\n- Organization 在域包目录标为 HR 投影：domain-runtime 不再承接其 8 条命令（67 → 59），执行器在事务前\n 以 READ_ONLY_PROJECTION（409）拒绝并留痕；表与守卫保留给将来的投影写入。\n- 可绑定操作 363 → 300；两份 HTTP 合同由目录重导出。\n\n测试：无库 域包 9/9、域包 HTTP 7/7、统一实体运行时 9/9；新建 PG16 任务容器上服务全量 298 例 283 通过\n15 条件跳过 0 失败（D16 全链改验 Organization 被拒；统一 HTTP 全链验人、物命令 400 与 writePoint）；\nEES 门禁 18/18、check:source、build 通过。文档：域包记录
