后端注销分发环的 IDP_BACKCHANNEL_DISPATCH_ENABLED（=== \"false\" 才关、未设即开）。它是已落地\n能力的 kill switch，不改成 opt-in（会让注销分发在没配变量的环境里静默停掉，正是本门禁要抓的形状），\n也不在门禁里加白名单：登记表 env-switch 条目新增可选 defaultOn: true（只认布尔），S5
