On first start the\npostgres image runs a temporary init server that only listens on the\nunix socket, then restarts into the real server. The socket-based\npg_isready accepted the temporary server, and the final re-check landed\nin the restart window.\n\nBoth readiness checks now use pg_isready -h 127.0.0.1, which only the\nreal server (listen_addresses='*') answers. Container logs locally show\nthe two-phase start (temporary server ready, fast shutdown, final server\nready). Five consecutive fresh starts each ran prisma migrate deploy\n(66 migrations) immediately afterwards without error, and no labelled\ncontainers remained.
