Prisma）；\n Q5 词表已由 02 D73 定为三值；CLAUDE.md G23、CHG 草案、发版请求草稿同步\n\n验证：contracts 227/227（enterprise-fact 24，新增 8）；5 个变异探针各判红；check:d3 通过、去掉 PKG-005
