Editing the account\nblocks further mapping and raises a recheck task for its existing mappings\nuntil the account is reviewed again; the original mapping is kept.\n\nADV03: submitting or confirming an advertising exchange now checks the\nquantities already held by other submitted or confirmed exchanges on the\nsame resource for overlapping periods. Drafts, returned, withdrawn and ended\nterms hold nothing.
