Rows recorded before\nkeep contract 1 untouched; every new Execution is contract 2 and must carry\nthe context package assembled for the same Decision, Task and executor,\nunder a Decision that authorized that executor on that Task. Provenance and\ncontract version are immutable afterwards. StartExecution no longer accepts\na pre-0.30 Decision without a context binding; the Task is authorized again.\nOrigins stay composed from immutable facts, as ADR-005 requires.\n\nThe read-only gate check:execution-provenance verifies that every contract-2\nExecution is bound consistently and composes a VERIFIED origin, counting\nTasks fired by legacy (authorization contract 1) TriggerInstances apart and\ncontract-1 history without repair.
