Transaction identity comes from row xmin, so events from earlier\ntransactions or rolled-back savepoints do not count. model/state-journal.json\nclassifies every table of the seven local schemas as guarded or exempt with a\nreason. Rows already unjournaled at install time are recorded on an immutable\nbaseline; nothing is back-filled.\n\nAgentRuntime start, pause, resume, finish, failure and abort now journal six\nlifecycle events and follow the catalog state machine, and external ID\nmappings and entity aliases journal registry events.
